Users can now apply issue tags to either an individual message within a thread or bulk tag specific groups of messages in ESI Analyst’s 24-hour thread view format using the product’s new item-level tagging functionality. This innovative and forensically sound electronic discovery approach to chat-based communications and text messages allows preservation of each message’s metadata as it existed on the original device. This empowers legal teams to manage control numbering, tagging and production at an individual message level while still being able to view and produce a chat conversation in full context.
