Trent Livingston To Moderate The Legal Update On IoT For 2019 Panel

Priya Keshav is the founder and CEO of Meru Data. She develops solutions for customers worldwide to simplify governance and management of enterprise data. Priya was previously the leader of KPMG’s Forensic Technology Services practice in the Southwest U.S. She has more than seventeen years of experience in information governance, cyber-crime response, security, privacy and forensics investigations. She has an MBA from the University of Florida and is a Chartered Accountant. Priya has guided clients on adoption of machine learning and advanced analytics for reviewing unstructured data from multiple sources. She helped clients to effectively utilize these technologies to gain better insight into their data and to identify fraud and misconduct. She is also a leading expert in formulating strategy and implementing global enterprise data management solutions in organizations.

Matt Acosta is an Intellectual Property litigator and advisor experienced in a variety of intellectual property matters. His litigation practice includes counseling clients at every stage of the trial process, including developing cost-effective litigation strategies, reducing the burdens of discovery, negotiating favorable settlements, and representing clients at trial.

Matt has litigated cases throughout the country, including in Illinois, Florida, Utah, Delaware, California, and Texas. Matt has also practiced before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and appeared before the Judicial Panel on Multi-District Litigation. Matt has served as counsel in over seven dozen patent litigation matters involving the internet, telecommunications, consumer electronics, biomedical, and software technology fields. He has also represented clients in an array of contract, breach of warranty, banking, insurance, and other complex commercial matters.

The Our Shawn McBride (aka R. Shawn McBride) is the Chief Innovation Officer of McBride For Business, LLC and the Managing Member of The R. Shawn McBride Law Firm, PLLC. Shawn is an attorney licensed in 12 states and DC including Texas and a 3 CPA in 3 states including Texas. He is the host of the Future Done Righttm Show which can be found on YouTube and at www.futuredoneright.com. IoT, blockchain and the future of technology and society are some of the issues he covers on his show.
